    TIMINGS & MOQS

    Samples leadtime

    From regular fabrics and yarns: from 10 days. From special fabrics and yarns: from 15 days

     

    Production leadtime

    45 days after getting PPS/client approval from sample. Plus shipping.

     

    MOQ

    600 pieces per order using our factory stock yarn and fabric. The price will be increased by 20% if below 600 pieces/color.

     

    2000 pieces for ‘special’ material orders.

     

    **PLEASE NOTE FOR NEW CLIENTS**

    For new customers we do have a policy where the client is required to:

    - pay for the samples and courier cost

    - the bulk order will need paid in full before shipment

    - annual total orders needs to amount to approx. USD$100,000

    - 30% payment upon ordering / 70% upon shipment

    QUALITY CONTROL

    We have a quality control system using AQL 2.5 standard for all in-processing and final checks.


    Some Japanese orders and other high grade brands use AQL 1.0.
