CAPGLOBAL was formally known as Jackbeanie Headwear & Garment Co., Ltd. A huge rebrand was launched in 2019 when CAPGLOBAL created their own branded headwear and apparel for the Chinese market.

 

The company was first established in 2010 and specializes in manufacturing caps (such as snapbacks and curved peak caps) and knitted hats (such as beanies and bobble hats).

 

We have three factories:

JackBeanie - Rugao City, Nantong, Jiangsu

 

Guanming - Lianshui, Huai'an

​

Surabaya - Indonesia

Rugao City:

- Fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport and travel by car that takes approx. 2.5 hours
- Fly to Nantong Airport and travel by car that takes approx. 20 mins

 

Huai'an:

- Fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport and travel by car that takes approx. 4.5 hours
- Fly to Lianshui International Airport, 13 kms from the factory

 

In 2018 we introduced our 'Smart Factory' and we are very proud to be the first factory to use this innovative manufacturing method in headwear. We have passed the majority of factory audits.
